DMX MUSIC NAMES SIMON BEXON VICE PRESIDENT, LOCAL SALES

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, January 04, 2005 — DMX MUSIC, a global leader in creating and delivering unique, targeted and diverse music and video programming to homes, businesses and airlines, today announced the promotion of Simon Bexon to Vice President, Local Sales. In his new role, Bexon will be responsible for the management and direction of DMX MUSIC’s local sales program.

Bexon has been with DMX MUSIC since 1997. He previously held the title of Vice President, Commercial Division, Western Region and prior to that led DMX MUSIC’s major account team. His tenure at DMX MUSIC also includes heading DMX MUSIC’s commercial affiliate sales division and training and development programs.

A native of England, Bexon moved to the U.S. in 1987 after graduating from the London School of Economics and joined Bose Corporation’s Consumer Direct Division, where he was promoted through the ranks to the position of Regional Sales Manager in New England. Immediately prior to joining DMX MUSIC, he was a co-owner in a contracting company that also served as a DMX MUSIC affiliate. In addition, he was once responsible for commercial sales of DMX MUSIC and cable TV products at Paragon Cable in Minneapolis and San Antonio.
