LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, March 31, 2005 — DMX MUSIC (www.dmxmusic.com), the industry-leading provider of integrated music, messaging and imaging marketing services and technologies, today announced the appointment of Lynda Stenge as Senior Manager of Strategic Marketing. In her new position, Stenge will work with DMX MUSIC retail partners as well as the music and entertainment industries to create compelling integrated strategic marketing initiatives using music, compilations, sweepstakes, promotions and live performances. Stenge will be based in the company’s Los Angeles headquarters and will report to Tim Seaton, Vice President, Premier Accounts. “Lynda’s solid understanding of the impact of music and how to achieve effective marketing promotions will help us supplement our already successful suite of integrated audio and video services,” said Seaton. “We are offering our clients additional in-store promotional opportunities that deliver long-lasting impact on their customers and maximize the DMX MUSIC experience.” Stenge brings more than 15 years of music experience to DMX MUSIC. As an independent marketing consultant for brands like Guess, Vogue and X-Dance, Stenge was responsible for helping these companies meet measurable objectives and drive sales growth through the strategic use of music and artists. Prior to her role as a consultant, Stenge worked with Disc Marketing to assist top companies manage Enhanced CD compilation programs and live music events to extend their brands. New York firefighters bicycled across America to thank Americans for

7UP’s Breakout Sessions Enhanced CD program in 2003 earned her
