DMX MUSIC LAUNCHES NEW PRODUCT LINE FOR 2002 TO PROVIDE HIGHLY CUSTOMIZED MUSIC AND MESSAGING SERVICES TO BUSINESSES WORLDWIDE

New Products Include DR501, A Real-Time Broadcast Messaging Receiver and ProFusion X, An Advanced Digital On-Premise Platform

Los Angeles (February 4, 2002) – DMX MUSIC, an international digital music, imaging and messaging provider, today unveiled two new products, DR501 and ProFusion X, created to deliver highly customized music and messaging programs. The DR501 is the industry’s next generation in digital satellite receivers designed to help commercial businesses enhance their image and connect with customers. ProFusion X is a groundbreaking, digital audio and video delivery system powered by the Internet that stores up to 1000 hours of music.

"As innovators of digital music technology, we are very proud of our 2002 product line and our dedicated staff who developed them. The DR501 and ProFusion X elevate DMX MUSIC to the next level in innovation while enhancing the delivery of professionally-programmed music and messaging to commercial businesses around the world," said Gregory Probert, President and CEO, DMX MUSIC.

DMX MUSIC’s Direct Broadcast Satellite (DBS) DR501 receiver delivers expertly programmed commercial-free music, seamless message-marketing playback, comprehensive management controls and advanced digital technologies. The unit features more than 100 music channels combined with DMX MUSIC’s proprietary software that schedules the DR501 to play specific ads at scheduled times for live broadcast throughout all store locations. The DR501 can be programmed to change music channels, or specific ads depending on regional considerations and customer demographics.

Designed for global requirements, the ProFusion X has been engineered as a universal music delivery platform, combining the best features of DMX MUSIC's Axis and the former AEI Music's ProFusion. ProFusion X reaches new technical heights by being able to meet the customers demand for the most flexible programming and message marketing performance. ProFusion X's strongest benefits include song updates supported by CD-Rom or Internet connection, its ability to provide more music in an on-premise platform than ever before, manage message marketing and provide clients with as much control as required. ProFusion X will soon support in-store imaging.

DMX MUSIC, emerging as the market leader in product innovation, backs up its new delivery platforms for music, imaging and message marketing with the industry’s best technical support and a recommitment to customer support. The DR501’s message marketing will soon be supported by a website, which will allow the customer to make changes to their in-store messages or advertisements.
