DMX MUSIC LAUNCHES SIX CUSTOMER SERVICE HUBS
Digital Music Provider Pioneers New Approach to Increasing Demand For Customer Service
Los Angeles (August 7, 2002) – DMX MUSIC, an international music, visual imaging and message marketing provider via satellite, the Internet and digital cable, today announced it has launched six customer service hubs throughout North America taking the industry standard in customer support for commercial businesses to a new level by offering commercial businesses quicker response times and unsurpassed customer support throughout North America. DMX MUSIC now has customer service hubs in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Washington, D.C. and Seattle.
"We’ve taken the standard of customer support and raised the bar in our continuous effort to further solidify DMX MUSIC’s position as the industry benchmark in customer service," said Des Walsh, DMX MUSIC’s Senior Vice President, North American Commercial Division. "We have established regional dispatchers, where before we handled all customer service calls from one central office in Seattle. Positive customer feedback confirms our decision that creating these service hubs benefits our clients immensely."
K.C. Armstrong, Project Manager of Hibbett Sporting Goods Inc., based in Birmingham Alabama, stated, "In the past year and a half with DMX MUSIC, whether we have questions regarding our bill, music selections, or technical support, DMX MUSIC has always been there. Not only has this company been there, but also had an answer-- with an attitude confirming ‘DMX MUSIC can and will do that.’"
Earlier this year, the first initiative DMX MUSIC launched to further solidify its unmatched customer service was the Customer Relationship Management Program, or CRM. This password-protected program allows multiple-location accounts to access pertinent information including the status of their work orders, service orders and invoices. In March 2001, DMX MUSIC enlisted sound systems contractors as part of a unique dealer network in key markets throughout the United States, again buttressing its level of support for commercial clients big and small.
